Mark a resident as moved away

When a resident leaves your city, mark them as moved away. Residents can also do this themselves on their preferences page.

1. Open the resident's profile.
2. Select Mark as moved away and confirm.

What it does

• We stop every channel for the person. This includes the matched city record.
• They leave search, counts and household lists.
• They get no messages.

Undo

The profile shows a banner with the date. Select Undo to bring the person back into search and counts.

• Undo does not turn their channels back on. The resident must sign up again.
• Undo changes only that one record, not the matched record.
