Answer a city poll

This article is for residents. Your city can ask you questions in a poll.

  1. Open the poll link in your email, text, letter or newsletter. You can also sign in to your city's resident site.
  2. Answer each question. Written answers are optional.
  3. Select Submit response.

You can change your answers until the poll closes. Open the poll again and select Change my response.

Good to know

  • Polls are not anonymous. Your answers are linked to your resident record. Authorized city staff can read them.
  • Only residents who got the poll can answer it.
  • Phone calls read the poll, but you answer online.
  • After the poll closes, the city can share the results and what it plans to do next.

Problems

  • "You cannot answer it." The poll was sent to other residents.
  • "This poll closed." The close date passed.
  • "Answer each question before you submit." Answer each question that is not optional.
