The summary

  • Eligible: the residents who got an invitation, alone or in a newsletter.
  • Responded
  • Response rate

Answers by question

  • One choice and Pick any: a bar for each choice, with the percent and count. Percents are of the residents who answered that question. For Pick any, the total can be more than 100%.
  • 1–5 scale: a column for each number and the average.
  • Written answer: the number of written answers.

Each resident's response

The Responses panel shows each response: the resident's name, the time and the answers. Select a name to open the resident's profile. Select Load more to see more.

Only roles that can read individual poll responses see this panel. Each view is logged.

The council report

The council report is a page for print. Select Print to print it or save it as a PDF. It has:

  • The poll dates, topics and area.
  • The eligible residents, responses and response rate.
  • A chart for each question.
  • All written answers, with no names.
  • A note: this was an opt-in poll, so the results describe the residents who answered, not all eligible residents.
