Read message reports

Open Reports in the sidebar. The list shows every update and poll that you sent, with the send date, residents reached and cost. Select one to open its report. You can also select a sent item on the Communications page.

The report

• Residents reached. Messages delivered, out of the messages sent.
• Opened or answered. For a poll, residents who answered. Answered phone calls also count. Mail is not tracked.
• Clicked through. Residents who went to the public page.
• Cost. What the send cost.

By channel

The table shows Email, SMS, Phone and Mail. For each channel, it shows the number sent, delivered, opened or answered, clicked and failed, and the cost.

Emergency sends

An emergency report can show a line such as "12 sent under the emergency exception to residents who have not opted in."

Calls

If the send used phone calls, the report has a Calls card. Read Read call transcripts.

Newsletters

A sent newsletter has its own report. In the list it shows with the "Update" badge.
