Send a message to your city

This article is for residents.

1. Sign in to your city's resident site.
2. Select the Send feedback tab.
3. Choose General or About a topic.
4. Write your message. Use up to 2000 characters.
5. Select the send button.

City staff read every message. If it needs an answer, staff reply by email. They can reply only to a confirmed email.

You can also reply to an email from your city. Your reply goes to city staff.

Your message is linked to your resident record. Authorized city staff can read it.
