Read call transcripts

Automated calls read your update and answer residents' questions. When a resident answers and speaks, we keep a transcript.

Only roles that can read individual poll responses can see transcripts: Admin, Communications manager and Resident services.

Find transcripts

  • On a report. The Calls card lists each call with the resident, the length and how many words they said. Resident spoke is on by default. Turn it off to see all calls.
  • On a resident's profile. Select Transcript in Communication history.

The transcript

The transcript shows each turn as "Caller" or "Resident". It also shows the update title, the date and the length.

Audio

In most states, we also keep the call audio. You can play it in the transcript. In some states, all people on a call must agree to a recording. In those states, we keep text only, and the call tells the resident that it is transcribed.

How long we keep them

We delete transcripts and audio after one year. The transcript shows the delete date.

Privacy

Each time you open a transcript or play audio, we log it with your name.
