Tell your city that you moved

This article is for residents.

1. Sign in to your city's resident site.
2. On your Preferences page, select I moved out of your city.
3. Select Stop all messages.

We stop every email, text, call and letter to you. If you move back, you can sign up again.

If you moved to a new address inside the city, contact the city.
