Reset your password

1. On the sign-in page, enter your email and select Continue.
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Enter your Work email and select Send reset link.
4. Open the email "Reset your Citizen Loop password". Select Set a new password.
5. Enter the New password two times. Use at least 12 characters.
6. Select Set new password.
7. Sign in with the new password.

What happens to your sessions

A password reset signs you out on all your devices. Sign in again on each device.

Problems

• No email. For your security, the page always says that we sent a link, even if no account uses that email. Check the address and your spam folder.
• "This link does not work". The link is old or was used. Select Ask for a new link.
• "The passwords are not the same." Type the same password in both fields.
