Add your city's logo

Your logo shows at the top of your resident site. Without a logo, the site shows your city's name.

1. Open Settings and select the Branding tab.
2. Select Upload logo.
3. Pick the file. You see "Logo saved." when it is done.

File rules

• Use a PNG, JPEG or WebP file.
• The file can be up to 10 MB. We resize large files for you.
• A wide logo on a clear background looks best.

Remove the logo

Select Remove and confirm. The resident site then shows your city's name.

Problems

• "Use a PNG, JPEG or WebP file up to 10 MB." Change the file type or make the file smaller.
• "Only an admin can change the logo." Ask an Admin on your team.
• "Image uploads are not set up, so you cannot upload a logo yet." Contact Citizen Loop support.
